Delete Your GRONTO Account & Data
GRONTO is an independent competitive-exam preparation application. This page explains how to delete your GRONTO account and the data associated with it. You do not need the GRONTO app installed to read these instructions.
How to delete your account
You can initiate account and data deletion from inside the GRONTO Android app:
- Open the GRONTO app and go to More
- Tap Privacy & account
- Tap Delete account & data and follow the steps
What happens when you delete
Deleting your account removes or anonymises account-associated GRONTO data — such as your account identifier, exam preferences, practice history, scores and referral information — according to GRONTO's deletion process.
Limited records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal/compliance requirements, or the integrity of already-completed referral/founding entitlements.
